Dedicate a Grove

Our Groves

Individuals and families can contribute to the National Forest by donating to support the planting of a complete woodland grove. Groves are groups of trees separate from the main woodland, designed to create an open woodland landscape. Our Groves vary in size, from 100 to 500 trees.

Leaving a Legacy

Dedicating a grove in your name or in the name of a loved one will mean you are helping to secure a long term future for the Forest for everyone. Helping to make a landscape rich in wildlife, and providing new footpaths and woodlands to explore and enjoy. Your grove is a positive contribution to the environment.

Recognising your Grove

Should you wish to, you can choose to place a discrete brass plaque with your dedication on site. Options for different plaque content are available.

Permanency of your dedication

All of our woodlands are planted with sustainability in mind, ensuring that we are creating a Forest that can be enjoyed for many years to come. We ensure that we plant mixed species woodlands; tailoring species to the soil types, topography and landscape surrounding each site.
